• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Customization & Customer Responsibility

By submitting images to us, you confirm that:
• You own the rights to the images or have permission to use them.
• The images do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• The content is not unlawful or offensive.

We are not responsible for:
• Low-quality images submitted by customers.
• Cropping issues resulting from image dimensions or orientation.

Color Variation Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure that colors displayed on our website and in previews accurately represent the final product. However, due to differences in screen settings, device displays, lighting, and printing processes, actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that minor color variations are normal and are not considered defects or grounds for refunds or replacements.

Copyright & Intellectual Property Responsibility

By uploading or submitting any images, designs, or content to us, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to use those materials or have obtained all necessary permissions from the rightful owner.

We do not verify or investigate the ownership or copyright status of any submitted content. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all materials provided do not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

We are not liable for any unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials submitted by customers.

By placing an order, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pressed For Time Magnets from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of submitted content.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any order that we believe may violate intellectual property laws or contain inappropriate or unlawful content. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted characters, logos, celebrity images, professional photography, and brand trademarks.

Image Approval and Proof Policy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all uploaded images carefully before submitting their order.

Unless otherwise stated, we do not provide proofs prior to production, and all images will be printed as submitted.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure:
• Images are properly cropped and oriented
• Faces and important details are not cut off
• Image quality is sufficient for printing

We are not responsible for issues related to low resolution, poor image quality, or unintended cropping based on the files provided.

If we choose to contact you regarding a potential issue with your image, production may be delayed. Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may results in your order being processed as-is.

Event Pickup & Local Delivery

We may offer local pickup or delivery options for select events or locations.

For event pickup:
• Orders must be placed by the stated deadline to guarantee availability.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
• Orders not picked up during the event may be subject to additional shipping charges or forfeited without refund.

For local delivery:
• Delivery availability, fees, and timeframes will be communicated at the time of order.
• Someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed delivery time.
• We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information or unavailability.
• If delivery attempts fail, product may be shipped at the customer's expense.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel pickup or delivery options at ay time.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, we will offer replacements or refunds if:
• The product arrives damaged.
• There is a defect or error on our parts.

Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence of the damage or defect.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Pressed For Time Magnets and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Upon consent of the customer, we reserve the right to use product images for marketing purposes.

Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your personal information and take reasonable measures to protect it.
