Frequently asked questions

We offer custom photo magnets, promotional magnets, and soon Save the Date, Birth Announcements, and graphic magnet sets.

On each product page, there is an Upload Your Photos button next to the price of the product. Click on that and upload your files, then make sure you have added your product to the cart and completed your transaction. If you forget to add your photos before you leave the product page, you can click on the Upload Photos tab on the menu at the top of the page and upload them there. Make sure you enter the same email address you are using for your order on the photo upload form.

Photo submissions should be either PNG or JPG format.

Logo submissions can be PNG, JPG, EPS, or SVG. Logos and graphics for promotional magnets need to be at least 300 dpi to ensure sharp images on the final product.

You can upload the same number of photos as magnets you are purchasing. If you are buying a set of 6 magnets, you can upload 6 photos. If you are ordering a set of 9 magnets, you can upload 9 photos. If you want one photo used for more than one magnet, you need to include a note on your order letting us know that.

Promotional bulk order pricing only applies when the same image is being used for all magnets, so you would only upload one image for bulk orders.

Photos should be fully edited to your satisfaction BEFORE you upload the file. Some cropping of the edges may occur due to the printing bleed required for the magnet process. Minor adjustments may be made for best fit to the available space.

For custom photo magnets, we do not typically provide a proof. Your photos should be in their final format when you upload them. We will only make minor adjustments so they will fit best in the space available. However, if we have a question about one of your images, we will contact you. This may delay the processing of your order.

For bulk promotional magnets, you will receive a proof. After you approve the proof, we will process and ship or deliver your order.
